Lettuce Fertilizer 8-15-36 is a premium, 100% water-soluble formula built specifically for lettuce, kale, spinach, chard, and all leafy green crops. The high 36% soluble potash, 15% available phosphate, and moderate 8% nitrogen are tuned to leaf quality, texture, and shelf life, with EDTA-chelated iron, manganese, zinc, and copper plus boron and molybdenum.

Leafy greens are largely water, and potassium regulates water pressure within plant cells, supporting cell-wall strength for crisp texture and post-harvest quality. The moderate nitrogen supplies enough for healthy green leaves while avoiding the overly succulent growth, reduced shelf life, and excess nitrate accumulation that come from overfeeding. It dissolves cleanly for hydroponic systems, drip fertigation, soil and container growing, and supplemental foliar use, and can be scaled down for baby leaf and microgreen production.

This formula does not contain calcium by design — calcium and phosphate should not be combined in concentrated stock solution, so a separate calcium source should be applied independently. Pre-dissolve each fertilizer separately, keep solution EC moderate, follow label crop restrictions, and stop foliar feeding well before harvest. Store sealed and dry.
