Monoammonium Phosphate Fertilizer 11-52-0

Monoammonium Phosphate (MAP) 11-52-0 is a CDFA-registered, agricultural-grade granular fertilizer that delivers high-analysis phosphorus for soil application. Each pound supplies 52% available phosphate (P₂O₅) and 11% ammoniacal nitrogen in uniform granules that spread cleanly through rotary and drop spreaders.

Phosphorus supports root development, flowering, and fruit set, and the ammonium-form nitrogen resists leaching by binding to soil exchange sites. As each granule dissolves, it creates a slightly acidic reaction zone that helps keep phosphate plant-available — which makes MAP a strong choice on calcareous and high-pH soils where phosphorus would otherwise lock up. It suits broadcast maintenance, pre-plant incorporation, 2×2 starter banding for row crops, side-dressing fruiting vegetables, and orchard application.

This is a granular grade for soil application only — it is not formulated for fertigation, drip systems, or foliar spraying. A soil test is the best way to set your rate. Keep granules off seeds, stems, and foliage, since concentrated fertilizer can burn, and water in thoroughly after spreading. Do not combine in concentrated solution with calcium-containing fertilizers.
